Qualifications

  • Graduated in Psychology or Criminology.
  • Experience working with children and/or adults with additional needs is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to educate pupils.
  • Manage challenging behaviours and ensure pupils are on task.
  • Identify triggers related to trauma and mental health needs.
  • Facilitate therapeutic techniques for promoting well-being.
  • Work alongside Psychologists and Therapists.
