Job summary

Property Partners Recruitment is seeking a Graduate Property Surveyor in Weymouth to join a growing commercial property investment business with a diverse portfolio of retail, industrial, office and mixed-use assets.

You will work with the Property Director and experienced professionals to gain exposure to asset management, development, and acquisitions, while pursuing APC and MRICS. The role includes a salary up to £30,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Real Estate, Property, Surveying or a related discipline.
• Previous commercial property experience desirable but not essential.
• Genuine interest in commercial property investment and asset management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, proactive and commercially minded.
• Keen to work towards APC and achieve MRICS.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio.
• Supporting landlord & tenant matters including lease renewals, rent reviews and licence agreements.
• Liaising with occupiers, surveyors, solicitors and other professional advisers.
• Undertaking property inspections and preparing reports.
• Supporting acquisitions, disposals and development opportunities.
• Assisting with maintenance, refurbishment and improvement projects.
• Maintaining tenancy records and property management systems.
• Undertaking market research and supporting wider asset management initiatives.
• Working closely with the Property Director on portfolio and investment matters.
