Job summary

OCU Group in Borehamwood invites graduates to join our 2-year Graduate Programme in Project Management, supporting water and wastewater infrastructure across the South East. You’ll assist with planning, coordinating and delivering projects, learn from engineers and managers, and gain hands-on experience across the full lifecycle with travel to project sites across the South East.

Entry requirements: degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or related subject with 2:2;

Qualifications

• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or related subject with minimum 2:2.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across the South East; driving licence essential.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and delivery of water and wastewater projects.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and assist with project reporting to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers, commercial teams, clients and site teams; gain hands-on site experience.
