Role Description

Our graduate GROW programme is a structured 3‑year programme, designed to help you evolve and develop skills to become an experienced professional in your chosen field. You'll benefit from training and development, mentoring, and assistance for accreditations relevant to your programme, as well as the support and guidance you need to develop and succeed. As a GROW graduate you will be empowered to drive your career and will be exposed to a variety of experiences to assist you in gaining the skills you require to succeed.

Role Accountabilities

As a project manager joining GROW, you'll be working within a diverse team, cultivating a deep understanding of our sectors, building long‑term relationships with clients and colleagues, and finding ways to improve how we work. You'll be responsible for monitoring progress of project work, liaising with clients, implementing timely resolution to issues, identifying risks in the delivery, coordinating with contractors, and given every opportunity to build your skillsets.

As a project manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of innovative and sustainable projects across sectors such as infrastructure, buildings, water, and the environment. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will help plan, coordinate, and manage project activities from inception to completion. You'll be responsible for assisting with project planning, scheduling and budgeting, supporting the development of project plans and timelines, and helping to monitor budgets and track progress. You will work with multidisciplinary teams, facilitating clear and effective communication with both team members and clients, while embracing sustainability and digital innovation.

Accepted Degrees
  • BSc or MSc in Construction or Engineering related degree such as Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering or Project Management.
  • We will also consider candidates from a non‑accredited background who show particular interest in our industry. Candidates with courses such as Law, Management and Business related degrees are welcome to apply and be considered for our graduate programme.
  • We will support all candidates who show aspirations to become chartered and professionally recognised through a number of International Organisations such as RICS, APM.
Qualifications & Experience
  • You will be graduating in 2026 or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
  • You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and being a team player.
  • You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
  • You are willing to travel and stay away from home when required (where possible we embrace virtual working).
