Job summary

Ramboll in the United Kingdom and Ireland invites graduates to join as Electrical Engineers across multiple disciplines, including Industry & Infrastructure and Transformation & Public Buildings. You will work under supervision of experienced Project Managers on diverse construction projects with international exposure and site-based collaboration.

We expect a BEng/MEng/MSc in building/civil engineering or construction management, and UK residency for security vetting.

Qualifications

• Degree in building/civil engineering or related discipline (BEng, MEng or MSc).
• UK residency for security vetting (5 years in the UK).
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation (CDM Regulations).
• Understanding of procurement methods and contract/commercial administration.
• Strong communication and IT skills; ability to write high-quality reports.
• Good teamwork and proactive, growth-oriented mindset.

You will be part of our wider project management communityassistingwith the delivery of a wide range of construction projects in the UK and overseas for both the public and private sectors. Example projects the team are involved with are a power station in the Falkland Islands, housing projects in Cyprus, a fuel storage facility in Singapore, new embassies in Cyprus, Rome and Turkmenistan and projects for the British Antarctic Survey. The work isvery excitingand involves dealing with clients and a broad range of stakeholders. Each day as a graduate will offer new opportunities and challenges, ensuring no two days feel the same. We will also support. You will be working under supervision of experienced Project Managers.

Your skills and experience:

From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we require candidates to have:

• Studyingor have completed aBEng,MEngor MSc level degree inain a building/civil engineering or related discipline or construction/project management (Graduating no earlier than 2026)
• Candidates must have lived in the UK for at least 5 years for the purpose of security vetting
• A basic understanding of health and safety legislation, including CDM Regulations
• A basic understanding of thevarious typesof procurement methods for construction projects and the contract/commercial administration requirements.
• Excellent communication and IT skills
• Ability to write high quality reports
