A leading project management firm in Bristol is seeking a Graduate Project Manager to join their team. This role offers hybrid working, hands-on experience, and mentorship as you work towards becoming a Chartered Project Manager. Ideal candidates are recent graduates from accredited programs with strong communication and organizational skills.
Salary - £28,000 p/a + Benefits Package

As a Graduate Project Manager in our Bristol office, you'll gain hands‑on experience across a variety of exciting projects in the Southwest region. These will include healthcare, retail, leisure, and industrial developments where you will work to support our reputable client base.
From day one, you'll work alongside experienced professionals who will mentor and support your growth as you build your technical knowledge and confidence in the consulting project management role. We'll challenge you to take on increasing responsibility as your skills develop, ensuring you gain the practical experience needed to thrive.
Once you're ready, our industry-leading APC programme will be available to you, providing guidance and support for you as you progress towards RICS chartership. You won't be alone either – we have a cohort of 50+ staff currently working towards chartership within the business. Therefore, you'll benefit from a strong network of peers and mentors to help you succeed.

As a Graduate Project Manager with TSA Riley, you will learn and develop your skills across the full spectrum of pre and post contract duties within a consultancy Project Manager role. Firstly, in a supporting role, but quickly being given the autonomy to fulfil core tasks and responsibilities independently as you develop your knowledge and understanding of the role.
