Screwfix is launching a two-year Graduate Programme at its Yeovil head office, offering hybrid work with 3 days on site. You will rotate across Supply Chain, Commercial, Marketing, and Digital & Data to build broad, hands-on experience and real responsibility from day one.

What matters: you must graduate in 2027 or have already graduated, hold the right to work in the UK, and be able to commute to Yeovil 3 days per week. The programme includes mentorship and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 or having already graduated.
• Must have permanent right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.
• Able to work from the Yeovil head office 3 days per week.

Responsabilités

• Supply Chain: demand planning, forecasting, efficiency, supplier collaboration, and performance analysis.
• Commercial: buying, merchandising, supplier management, and market trend analysis.
• Marketing: campaigns, planning, PR, social media, local marketing.
• Digital & Data: data insights, loyalty/CRM, website optimisation.
