Job Responsibilities:
- AI & Data Risk Oversight: Assist in monitoring and assessing risks and controls of the organization's use of artificial intelligence and data, including:
- Data quality and transfer controls designed to prevent data corruption, inconsistent, or not fit for use.
- Data security controls designed to prevent unauthorised access to sensitive data.
- Data storage controls designed to prevent inadequate handling of formal Records through their lifecycle.
- AI controls designed to mitigate AI risks including lack of transparency, performance, fairness, Large language models (LLM)s security and integrity.
- Process automation: Work with Technology Risk and stakeholders to continuously improve and automate internal processes such as controls oversighting, Techology incidents analysis and reporting.
- Risk Reporting and Analytics: Contribute to the creation of risk reports and dashboards for management and committees, this will involve analysing data to identify trends, key risk indicators (KRIs), and presenting complex findings clearly.
Skills and experience required:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in fields such as Computer Science, Data Science or Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python) for data analysis and automation.
- Strong skills in data analysis and visualisation tools, such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Experience with, or a strong desire to learn about, GRC tools like OpenPages and ServiceNow is a plus.
- Analytical Abilities:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a logical approach to identifying issues and finding root causes.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data analysis.
