Job summary

TKMS ATLAS UK in Dorset invites ambitious graduates to join our 2-year Graduate Scheme in Surface Ship Systems. From day one, you’ll have a permanent role and work across sales, product strategy and customer relationship management within the maritime and defence sector.

You will develop commercial and leadership skills while collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging customers, and supporting bids to deliver naval sonar and underwater security solutions.

Qualifications

• Working towards a STEM degree with interest in sales and product strategy.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivated to contribute to sales goals and customer relationships.
• Ability to coordinate bids and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support sales capture and pursuit activities for Ships Products.
• Contribute to development of sonar and underwater security product opportunities.
• Lead and coordinate bid proposals with internal teams.
• Work towards agreed sales targets and contribute to product strategy.
• Build and maintain customer and stakeholder networks in the UK and internationally.
• Collaborate with TKMS ATLAS UK and wider TKMS Group.
• Engage with senior management to support sales and product objectives.
• Coordinate teams during busy bidding periods to meet deadlines.
• Develop understanding of naval and maritime technologies.
