One Big Circle Ltd in Bristol seeks a proactive Graduate Product Manager to learn and shape our product suite, becoming an expert user of AIVR and related technology to drive measurable value for rail industry clients.

You will own features and milestones, ensuring the roadmap delivers impact while collaborating with cross-functional teams across software, hardware, and rail systems. Relevant technical interest or experience is valued.

• Degree-level education or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Interest in technology in software development, electronics and systems engineering, or rail.
• Ability to learn quickly and communicate detailed technical information.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – written, on the phone and in person.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret, analyse and perform tests.

• Keen eye for detail and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office/Google GSuite productivity software.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep operational understanding of AIVR and our other products.
• Understand customer requirements and rail industry needs to articulate product benefits.
• Present and demonstrate solutions to customers aligning with their needs.
• Take ownership of features and milestones to deliver the product roadmap value.
• Provide support to service and operations by creating quality documentation.
• Monitor product performance and deliver bespoke reporting for customers.
• Validate ML models and positioning data through robust ground truth exercises.

Role Summary

As Graduate Product Manager, you will first learn, then shape the trajectory of our product suite. You will become an expert user of AIVR and our broader technology to drive high-impact results for our customers. By taking ownership of product performance and project delivery, you will ensure our solutions solve critical challenges and exceed customer expectations.

This role requires an interest in technology, whether in software, electronics, or rail systems. You will have a practical and pragmatic approach, delivering precise, detail-oriented work and yet also be flexible and responsive when required.

Candidates without directly comparable experience should still apply if they believe they can demonstrate the right attitude and aptitude, and/or have transferable skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep operational understanding of AIVR and our other products. You will become the expert on how our technology solves complex, real-world problems for our customers.
• Develop an understanding of our customers requirements, and an understanding of what our products can do to provide benefits for our customers. In doing this you will build knowledge of the rail industry.
• Present and demonstrate our solutions to customers, ensuring our technology aligns with their specific needs.
• Take ownership of specific features and project milestones, ensuring the product roadmap delivers measurable value.
• Provide support to our service & operations team by creating quality documentation.
• Proactively monitor product performance and deliver bespoke reporting to meet the needs of our customers.
• Validate machine learning models and positioning data through robust ground truth exercises.

Personal Qualities

Essential

• Degree-level education or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A demonstrated interest in technology, in at least one of the following areas:
• Software development
• Electronics and systems engineering
• The rail industry
• The ability to learn quickly and accurately communicate detailed technical information.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – written, on the phone and in person.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret, analyse and perform tests robustly.
• Confident user of technology.
• A keen eye for detail – ability to execute detailed tasks accurately.
• Well organised.
• Familiarity with MS Office/Google GSuite productivity software (Docs, Sheets).

Desirable

• Familiarity with or enthusiasm for rail.
• Previous experience within a product or technical support role.
