Graduate Product Analyst

Location: Telford or Worthing

Intakes: April or September

Your role

You will be an integral part of a Scrum team, collaborating with both senior and junior practitioners. Your role will blend project management and business analysis responsibilities, including:

  • Planning and managing projects: defining scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Leading and motivating teams to achieve project goals.
  • Managing budgets and resources, ensuring efficient allocation.
  • Monitoring progress against schedules and identifying risks.
  • Facilitating clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Understanding business needs and translating them into actionable requirements.
  • Recommending and supporting improvements, and evaluating their impact.
  • Driving continuous improvement across business processes and solutions.

Your skills and experience

Your clearance

If you are offered this position, you will go through pre-employment checks including identity, nationality or immigration status, employment history covering the last 3 continuous years, and an unspent criminal record check (Disclosure and Barring Service).
