Join our 2027 Graduate Programme as a Graduate Process Engineer in our Reading office, where you will contribute to high-profile projects across the water sector and develop practical engineering solutions that support communities and the environment.
You will join a dynamic and collaborative Process Engineering team, developing your technical skills alongside experienced engineers and gaining valuable exposure to the water industry. Your work will span a range of developments, from wastewater treatment and water recycling through to clean water solutions, with opportunities to explore nature-based solutions as part of Stantec's approach to sustainable delivery.
You will analyse and interpret data to inform project decisions, contribute to the design and development of engineering solutions, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and build strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders. The team works across the full project lifecycle, from optioneering through to detailed design and implementation, with the potential for site visits and investigations to broaden your understanding of how process engineering solutions are delivered in practice.
