We have an exciting opening for an aspiring Process Engineer to join our dynamic and collaborative team in Redditch, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to high‑profile projects, both locally and nationally. You will develop your technical skills and knowledge alongside senior engineers, gaining invaluable exposure to the water industry whilst working on a range of developments from wastewater treatment and water recycling to clean water solutions – exploring the potential of nature‑based solutions is a top priority. You will analyse and interpret data to inform project decisions, contribute to the design and development of engineering solutions, collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. We work on the whole project lifecycle from optioneering through to detailed design and implementation, and there is a possibility of site visits and investigations to broaden your understanding.
