A leading engineering consultancy in Redditch is seeking a Graduate Process Engineer to join their Energy team for the 2026 Graduate Programme. In this role, you will support all areas of Process Engineering, contributing to project lifecycle activities from design to installation. The role emphasizes professional growth in a collaborative environment, working alongside experienced teams on impactful energy projects. We are looking for a Graduate Process Engineer for our Energy team to be based in our Redditch office, joining our 2026 Graduate Programme.
Our work in the energy and resources sector includes iconic hydropower and pumped storage schemes, conventional and advanced thermal power generation, recycling systems and mining and minerals.
From traditional advisory and owners engineer roles, we are now rapidly becoming established in the EPCM (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management) and design services sectors for major new build projects, such as plastics recycling, renewables power generation and complex treatment/production facilities. We are involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, from concept development and FEED (Front End Engineering Design) through detailed design and procurement and finally, construction and commissioning. We also provide refurbishment and optimisation advice and design services.
As part of the Design Services Team in our Redditch or Newcastle office, you will provide support in all areas of Process Engineering in the development of efficient technical solutions. In this role you will be involved in the whole project life cycle from optioneering through to detailed design and installation. You will also be involved with feasibility studies, site surveys and investigations.
