Grayce's Accelerated Development Programme invites graduates to join a high‑profile public‑sector transformation programme as a PMO Analyst in a hands‑on role. You'll help deliver business change projects, support governance, planning, and risk management across housing, community services, and local operations.

You’ll learn CIPFA‑aligned training and gain experience with project governance, budgeting, and reporting, while building relationships with stakeholders and contributing to continuous

Qualifications

  • A minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline.
  • Awareness of project methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is a plus.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills.
  • Right to work in the UK unsponsored for the duration of the programme.

Responsibilities

  • Governance & Process: Maintaining frameworks and standards for project delivery
  • Planning & Control: Updating project plans, timelines, and milestones
  • Budgeting & Business Cases: Tracking budgets and supporting business case development
  • Risk Management: Managing RAID logs and mitigating delivery risks
  • Reporting & Quality Assurance: Producing performance reports and ensuring high standards
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinating meetings and building strong relationships
