H&MV Engineering is seeking a Graduate Planner to support the operations team in Glasgow. This role involves building and developing project programmes using Primavera P6 and reporting on project status. The ideal candidate should have a relevant third-level qualification and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in Construction, Engineering, Business, Economics or related discipline.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Team player with a high level of initiative.
• European languages are an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop project programmes using planning software.
• Gather accurate weekly progress updates, including start and finish dates.
• Report to Lead Planners and the Planning Manager on project status.
• Prepare and issue regular reporting including Progress updates and Planned vs Actual analysis.
