Responsibilities

• Assess client proposals and prepare fee proposals.
• Provide professional planning advice on various matters.
• Prepare site appraisals through necessary research.
• Assist in preparing and submitting planning applications.
• Negotiate with authorities for planning applications.
• Represent clients at public exhibitions and planning committees.
