At our plant in Glenrothes, Scotland we design, develop and produce radial piston motors working in partnership with world renowned international OEM’s in industries such as material handling, construction and forestry machinery

Responsibilities
  • Promote and develop sales by supporting the Glenrothes based Sales Team and Rexroth global sales network, maintaining strong partnerships with key customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Processing of sales enquiries, including collating customer requirements and advising product sales pricing
  • Preparation of quotations for direct and indirect customers
  • Price management including maintenance of global price lists and global customer prices - direct and indirect through country units
  • Manage and maintain the Prototype process to ensure timely delivery of new business motor supplies. Tasks include:
  • Lead cross-functional team meeting to ensure correct prioritisation of workload
  • Liaise with Logistics and Manufacturing colleagues to ensure all parts are available as required
  • Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collate and produce reports on warranty information for OEM's
  • Make use of modern sales tools and AI to increase sales and efficiency
  • Preparation and presentation of specific tasks as and when required by Sales and Service departments, including Credit and Debit requests
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, logistics, etc, to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth
Qualifications
  • Preferably a Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration or related qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales or technical related environment
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and departments
  • Excellent communication and negotiation experience
  • Computer literate with strong demonstrable skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint required
  • SAP experience and Power BI experience (preferred)
