Rentokil Pest Control is seeking a Graduate Pest Control Technician to join the team covering Redhill / Oxted / Hawley and surrounding areas. The position includes comprehensive training and progression opportunities within the Rentokil Initial family of brands.

The role starts with on-site pest control work, focusing on customer service and problem-solving, with a clear path toward roles such as Sales Surveyor or Field Biologist over 12–36 months.

Qualifications

• A minimum 2.2 degree in a science/BSc related subject, including Social Science, or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism
• No prior experience required as training is provided
• Desire to work with customers daily and be part of a team

Responsibilities

• Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify risks
• Tackle pest problems and remove evidence of pest activity
• Provide advice on maintenance and hygiene to customers
• Complete accurate visit reports and maintain professional image
