Operations Coordinator | Home Made

Looking for a role where you can learn fast, grow quickly, and make a difference? At Home Made, we’re using technology to change the renting experience for the better - and we’re looking for ambitious graduates to join our team.

We’re looking for a Graduate Operations Coordinator to join our Sales Operations team and help us deliver an exceptional experience for landlords and renters alike. You’ll coordinate property viewings, support our Sales Associates, and play a vital role in improving how we operate every day - all while learning the ins and outs of the prop‑tech industry.

Location: Southwark, London (office-based, 1 day WFH post probation)

Salary: £26K–£28K (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm + every other Saturday (day off in lieu)

Role and Opportunities
  • Deliver Excellent Service: Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth, successful property viewings.
  • Coordinate Viewings: Arrange and optimise travel plans for our Sales Associates, helping to increase the number and efficiency of property viewings.
  • Communicate with Customers: Keep landlords and renters informed about their appointments and any changes.
  • Maintain Data Accuracy: Audit and update our CRM systems to ensure property information and access details are always correct.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Sales and Operations colleagues to improve processes and create great experiences for our customers.
