Job summary

Ridge & Partners Llp is seeking a Graduate Cost Manager to join the MEP Cost Management team in Oxford (Woodstock office). The role focuses on cost support for building services, including mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, with a pathway to professional chartership as you progress.

You will be exposed to a range of residential, industrial, and commercial schemes and work closely with experienced teams to develop your understanding of cost management in the built environment.

Qualifications

• 2:1 BSc in Quantity Surveying obtained in 2025 or 2026
• Available to start work full-time from October/November 2026
• Permanent Right to Work in the UK and do not need visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Support building services costing for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems.
• Review mechanical drawings, perform quantity take-offs and assist in preparing tender documents.
• Assist in pricing and cost management for project bids and client proposals
