Ross-Shire Engineering Limited invites applications for its 2027 Graduate Programme in the UK. The 24-month scheme combines hands-on experience, expert mentorship and tailored development to build skills and confidence for a future in the MEICA sector.

We seek graduates with a Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent, on track to graduate next summer. Strong IT skills (MS Office), excellent communication, adaptability, and a UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• You will have graduated with a Mechanical Engineering Degree or engineering equivalent in the last 2 years or be on track to graduate next summer.
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office – Outlook, Word and Excel in particular).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Most importantly must be willing/adaptable to working within an energetic and reactive team environment and have the ability to think outside of the box
• Full UK Driving Licence.
