Qualifications

• Degree in Science or Engineering (2025–2027)
• Driven, with a strong appetite to learn and take on new challenges.
• Able to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Well organised and adaptable with the ability to plan and prioritise workload.

Responsibilities

• Help design and develop innovative robotic and mechanical systems that support the future of fusion energy.
• Gain hands-on experience across the full engineering lifecycle, from concepts through testing and operation.
• Work with engineers and technical specialists to solve real-world engineering challenges and deliver projects.
• Support the manufacture, assembly, testing and improvement of advanced engineering equipment and technologies.
• Develop technical, project management and leadership skills through the accredited graduate programme.
