Job summary

Ridge and Partners LLP in Oxford is inviting applications for the Autumn 2027 Evolve graduate programme for Mechanical or Building Services Engineering graduates. As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, you’ll gain on-the-job experience designing and specifying heating, cooling, ventilation and other mechanical systems while collaborating with clients, architects and contractors.

Our two-year Evolve graduate programme develops and supports the next generation of Built Environment professionals. As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer at Ridge, you will benefit from on-the-job learning experiences while working on buildings and developments across a variety of sectors. You’ll build practical experience in the design and specification of building services such as heating, cooling, ventilation, water and other mechanical systems, alongside energy-efficient and sustainable solutions. Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll collaborate with clients, architects, engineers and contractors, gaining a rounded understanding of how successful projects are developed and delivered.
