Qualifications
  • Have (or are expecting) a degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Are curious about how things are designed and built
  • Enjoy applying mathematical principles to solve real‑world problems
  • Have an interest in tools like Inventor, SolidWorks or AutoCAD
  • Love tackling challenges and thinking logically
  • Can clearly communicate ideas and work well in a team
  • Are self‑motivated and eager to learn

Many of our graduates also work towards professional registration or chartership and we’ll be here to support you every step of the way.

Additional Information

To join our Graduate Scheme you must:

  • Be a UK sole national and a UK resident
  • Be able to obtain at least Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance
  • Be open to relocation or travel within the UK (relocation support is provided!)
