Our client provides building services engineering, sustainability consulting, and design solutions for projects across all sectors, they are looking for a Graduate Mechanical engineer to join their team expanding team.

Principle Responsibilities
  • Support Senior Engineers with detailed design activities and the production of technical drawings.
  • Build knowledge of various building materials, systems, and construction techniques used in modern design.
  • Perform detailed design calculations and gain proficiency in relevant computer-aided design and analysis software.
  • Maintain a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) diary to support progress toward professional qualifications.
  • Develop an understanding of current legislation, standards, building regulations, and industry codes of practice.
  • Learn and apply design methodologies while gaining awareness of the roles and responsibilities of other design disciplines.
  • Keep a daily training log to record progress, achievements, and experience. Participate in training sessions as required to work toward chartership.
Experience & Qualifications
  • A Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building services
  • Good communication/presentation skills.
  • Self motivated with a proactive attitude
