A leading engineering and construction firm in the UK is seeking a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to assist in the design and implementation of mechanical systems for various projects. As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, you'll be assisting in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems for various projects. Your day to day will include:

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems for projects.
  • Support the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical reports, documentation, and project updates.
Qualifications
  • Graduated in 2025 or within the past three years with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong interest in mechanical engineering and project management.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
Benefits & Pathway

Starting Salary: £30,000 per annum with possible car allowance of £4,750 depending on eligibility.

Pathway: Permanent, Full‑time 2‑year programme, leading to an assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of circa £38k.
