To do this, we’re looking for graduates who have a desire and enthusiasm to make a difference: in our homes, offices, projects, industry and community.

Our Critical Systems teams have worked on a range of amazing projects, from data centres for large tech companies to headquarters of companies such as Deutsche Bank and Diageo. As a graduate in the team, you could play a key part in our next big project.

The Role You'll Play

As a Graduate Mechanical Critical Systems Engineer, you’ll join a team who specialise in the design of some of the most exciting construction projects in the UK and worldwide.

Working closely with colleagues across our multi-disciplinary practice, you’ll provide specialist consultancy input on projects across a wide range of sectors including education, healthcare, workplace, retail and critical systems (data centres).

Under the guidance of our team of experienced engineers, we’ll equip you to undertake detailed mechanical building services engineering design and analysis, define and translate clients’ needs into designs for buildings, facilities and services (ventilation, cooling and air conditioning, heating systems and more) - all with sustainability at the forefront of the design.
