Brand Specialist

Location: Maidenhead (Office-Based)

Contract: Fixed Term until July 2026 - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Key Personnel are recruiting a Brand Specialist for the Nutrition Division of a leading healthcare company. This role is central to supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive profitability, market share, and sales growth. You'll join a high-performing team and collaborate closely with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and other cross‑functional colleagues to deliver initiatives with precision and impact.

Role Overview
  • Support brand leads in executing strategic and tactical plans to meet KPIs
  • Lead activation initiatives across the marketing mix, including new product introductions and development of sales and media assets
  • Contribute to media planning and analysis across offline and online channels
  • Monitor market trends and performance to inform strategy and identify risks and opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution and identify further growth or defence tactics
Experience You Will Bring
  • Degree in Marketing, ideally with 1-3 years' experience in healthcare marketing
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
