Job summary

Network Scientific Recruitment are recruiting two analyst & business Modellers to join their life sciences team near High Wycombe. You will develop modelling and market access analyses and present findings to clients and colleagues.

Ideal candidates have a first or high 2:1 in life sciences from a top‑20 university, plus strong A‑levels in maths and science. Excellent numeracy and Excel skills are essential, with willingness to travel within the UK and overseas. Full‑time on site.

Due to growth, our client is looking to recruit two analyst & business Modellers to join its friendly and hardworking team.

• developing a deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical arena in order to provide high quality modelling, analysis and consultancy services in forecasting, pricing and market access to clients.
• running market research projects to inform how pharmaceuticals will be received by the market.
• present and report your models and findings, ensuring your recommendations are clear and applicable.
• expected to take on more responsibility and develop your knowledge and consultative skills, with the aim of becoming a Senior Consultant.

• achieved a first or high 2:1 degree from a top‑twenty university in a life science subject alongside outstanding A level grades, including A or A* in maths and science.
• ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and topics is imperative.
• understanding of statistical concepts and spreadsheet modelling is required, and you should be highly numerate and computer literate - especially in Excel.
• Some travel in the UK and overseas will be part of the role, so you should have flexibility to accommodate.
• role will be based full time at the company’s offices near High Wycombe, you therefore will need to be able to drive and have your own transport.

• starting salary of £28,000 (increasing to £31,000 upon successful completion of a six‑month probationary period).
