Enterprise Mobility in Wolverhampton is seeking a Graduate Management Trainee. This flagship programme offers real responsibility from day one across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with a clear path to management.

You’ll receive classroom learning, on‑the‑job training, and mentorship, with performance-based progression and the chance to become a branch manager within two years; inclusive culture and internal advancement are core to our approach.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, professional experience can be substituted if applicable.
• You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but we do make accommodations for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.

• Customer Service: deliver exceptional experiences by confidently handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.
