Enterprise Mobility is offering a Graduate Management Trainee programme in Exeter. You’ll gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations as you work toward leadership.

From day one you’ll be supported with classroom learning, on-the-job training, and mentorship, with a clear path to branch management in as little as two years. Our promote-from-within culture prioritises development and opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; professional experience may substitute.
• Full manual UK driving licence required; accommodations if not able to drive.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record in last five years.

• Customer Service: deliver exceptional experiences, handle reservations, resolve enquiries and build rapport.
• Sales and Marketing: connect with local business partners and develop relationships.
• Financial Control and Profitability: understand costs and interpret profit and loss statements.
• Operations and Logistics: learn fleet management, planning, and performance drivers.
• Leadership and Development: mentor and train others with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, professional experience can be substituted if applicable.
• You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but we do make accommodations for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.
