Responsibilities

Customer Service:

deliver exceptional experiences by confidently handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.

Financial Control and Profitability:

understand the financial mechanics of a successful business, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.

Operations and Logistics:

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, professional experience can be substituted if applicable.
• You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but we do make accommodations for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.
