Job summary

Bespoke is seeking a driven Graduate Management Trainee (Sales) to join our Newcastle team. This full-time, on-site role offers comprehensive training from day one and 1-on-1 mentorship to build essential sales and customer skills.

You’ll learn core communication, negotiation, and customer engagement, gain time management and teamwork foundations, and have opportunities to travel nationally and internationally (subject to business needs) with a clear, progression-focused path.
