As part of our team, you’ll be at the forefront of this digital transformation.

What you can expect?

Join Brit’s Technology & Data team as a Graduate Machine Learning Engineer and help shape the future of insurance at Lloyd’s. • Assisting in designing, training, and testing machine learning models.
  • Collaborating with data scientists to transform AI Lab models into production-ready systems.
  • Working with MLOps engineers to deploy models and APIs on Azure Cloud.
  • Maintaining clear and coherent communication with stakeholders, articulating technical requirements in a meaningful way.
  • Contributing to team culture and Agile ways of working in alignment with Brit’s AI Enablement operating model.

What can we offer you?

  • Hands-on experience working on cutting-edge AI and machine learning projects in the London insurance market.
  • Excellent progression both within and beyond our scheme. We’re a market leader with all the benefits of being a smaller sized company – we value people and behaviours, not numbers.
  • Generous package including a competitive starting salary, bonus opportunities, 9% non-contributory bonus scheme and life, medical & dental insurance.
  • Weekly company socials, ongoing Lloyds events for our underwriters, seasonal parties and Sports Clubs.
  • 2 Volunteer days a year plus company wide charity events and trips.
