Locations: Across Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire

Salary: £101.40 to £110 per day | Term-time only

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Working one-to-one or in small groups to help pupils reach their full potential
• Assisting with classroom activities, lesson preparation and school trips
• Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting emotional wellbeing
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive and inspiring learning environment

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in any subject (Psychology, Criminology, English, Sports Science and Sociology are particularly valued)
• A genuine passion for working with children and young people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy and a proactive attitude
• A desire to make a difference and learn on the job
