Job summary

Veritas Education Recruitment is seeking a Graduate Learning Support Assistant to work in supportive primary schools across EYFS to KS2. This full-time, temp-to-perm role offers hands-on classroom experience and the chance to develop in educational settings.

You will support pupils in class and small groups, assist with SEND needs including ASD and ADHD, help deliver engaging activities and work with teachers and SENCOs. Immediate starts available and legal right to work in the UK required.

We are working with supportive primary schools seeking enthusiastic Graduate Learning Support Assistants to provide classroom and 1:1 support for pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

The Role:

• Support pupils in class and through small-group interventions


• Assist children with SEND, including ASD and ADHD


• Help deliver engaging learning activities


• Promote positive behaviour and pupil development


• Work closely with teachers and SENCOs

We're Looking For:

• A graduate in any subject


• Passion for education and supporting children
  
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude


• Experience working with children is beneficial but not essential
