As an Graduate Leadership Trainee with a degree in engineering, you will embark on a structured 2-year rotational programme that gives you hands‑on experience across various departments. You will play a key role in real‑world projects, working alongside professionals from diverse teams, and contribute to crafting the future of our engineering solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to develop the leadership skills and technical expertise necessary to excel in a senior management role.
This role is open to existing residents of Jersey, Channel Islands with a housing status of 'Entitled'.
