Role - Graduate Landscape Architect
Location - Bristol
Salary - £DOE

Our client, a respected, multidisciplinary consultancy is on the search for a Graduate Landscape Architect to join its friendly and collaborative team. The role is suited to someone early in their career who is looking to contribute to a wide range of design‑led projects and grow professionally within a supportive studio environment. They combine expertise in landscape architecture, urban design and planning to deliver people‑focused, sustainable places. Their work covers active travel, public realm, education, regeneration, and strategic green infrastructure. As an employee‑owned business, every team member has a stake in shaping the practice’s future and a voice in how it operates.

THE ROLE
  • Helping to develop design ideas and turn them into real plans
  • Producing visuals, drawings and presentation materials
  • Contributing to design reports and planning documents
  • Visiting sites, learning from live projects, and supporting delivery
  • Working closely with our planning and design teams to create joined‑up solutions
  • Exploring themes like sustainability, biodiversity, and inclusive design
QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY SKILLS
  • A degree in Landscape Architecture
  • A passion for placemaking and design that makes a difference
  • Confidence using design software like Adobe Creative Suite and CAD (Vectorworks is a bonus, but they can teach you)
  • A team player who enjoys learning
  • Ideally working towards Chartership, or keen to start soon
