Hybrid Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role: 2 days remote and 3 days in the office.

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact and provide BAU support.
  • Provide 1st class support to clients.
  • Work closely with other teams to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve incidents quickly.
  • Continual on‑the‑job learning of new software features and functionality.
Qualifications
  • Ideally a recent graduate with a finance or technical degree and a keen interest to move into FinTech or financial services (trading) and/or 1‑2 years industry experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak with clients.
  • Hard working and keen interest in FinTech or financial services (trading) / crypto.
