Qualifications

• A bachelor's or associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or business management.
• Interest in IT service operations and governance.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design service plans and SDPs outlining support requirements and SLAs before launch.
• Operational readiness testing and SAC assessments to verify infra, monitoring and compliance.
• Create troubleshooting guides, wikis and knowledge articles for new releases.
• Facilitate cross-functional readiness reviews with product, security and operations.
• Define telemetry dashboards and alerts to catch incidents quickly.
