Job summary

Jacobs in the UK offers a two-year Graduate Development Program for aspiring hydrogeologists, based in Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, Reading or London. You’ll gain real project experience across engineering hydrogeology, water resources and sustainability while being mentored by a national team.

The program blends learning with hands‑on client work, progress reviews and networking, helping you grow, meet environmental targets and contribute to flood risk management and water infrastructure

Qualifications

• Be working towards a Masters level qualification in Hydrogeology.
• A flexible, proactive mindset and motivation to drive your career forward.
• Permanent right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Work across niche specialisms of hydrogeology including engineering hydrogeology, water resources and sustainability.
• Deliver projects for clients such as utilities, local authorities, Network Rail and major infrastructure providers.
• Grow and develop into areas of interest with guidance from a multi‑disciplinary team.
