One of the biggest highlights of this highly tailored two-year programme is the opportunity for an international rotation, alongside gaining real, hands-on experience across Reward, Recruitment, Learning and Development, Business Partnering, and other people-focused teams.
In the role you will be supporting HR initiatives across the full employee lifecycle, whilst supporting and partnering closely within our business and functions. In day-to-day activities, you will develop and implement strategies and initiatives related to Reward, Recruitment, Culture, Engagement, Learning & Development, and Inclusion to support and grow our people and our business.
