Job summary

InterSystems is seeking a Graduate to perform custom development tasks and support for healthcare applications. You will handle site-specific software deployment to meet project specifications and be available to visit client sites for technical support and training, with international travel possible.

You will work with project managers to address enhancement requests, develop technical documentation, and contribute to training materials.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent work experience (essential).
• Experience with InterSystems technology and healthcare systems highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Health Information Exchange (HIE) standards and best practices (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Perform custom development tasks and support InterSystems healthcare applications.
• Handle site-specific software deployment to meet project specs.
• Visit client sites for technical support and training; travel may be required.
• Liaise with clients and project managers on enhancement requests and reports.
• Develop and provide technical support for customizations (JavaScript, interfaces, reports, data migration).
• Produce technical documentation and training materials.
• Participate in on-site training and implementations; support 24-hour extended service.
