FarmWell in the United Kingdom is inviting a bright graduate or ambitious individual to begin a structured path into Grain Trading. You will train under an experienced trader, developing market knowledge, customer relationships and practical contracting skills to support our agricultural business.

This role offers full training, mentoring and a clear progression into a Grain Trading position, with long-term career prospects within a respected farm-focused company.

Qualifications

• Degree educated in Agriculture or related subject.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop a long-term career.
• Interest in agriculture, markets, and commercial business.

Responsibilities

• Learn fundamentals of grain trading.
• Build relationships with growers, merchants and customers.
• Monitor grain markets, crop conditions and industry trends.
• Support grain buying, selling and contract administration.
• Coordinate grain movements with customers and internal teams.
• Assist with sale of agricultural inputs, including fertiliser.
• Attend farm visits, events and meetings; develop into trading role.
