Celsius Graduate Recruitment Ltd is looking for a driven Graduate Business Development Consultant to join a structured graduate programme in the UK. You will build a territory, engage with business owners and drivers of growth, and progress quickly into leadership roles.

You’ll start with a base salary of £27k–£30k, with a realistic uncapped first-year OTE of £50k, plus a £5.5k car allowance, private healthcare and a pension.
