Penguin Recruitment is seeking a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join its Nottingham team, delivering ground investigation and related services. Based in Nottingham, the role combines office reporting with regular site work for early exposure to project lifecycles.

A degree in geology or related field, plus full UK driving licence, is required. This is a permanent role with benefits.

Qualifications

• A degree in geology, environmental science, geotechnical engineering, or a related subject.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Live within a commutable distance of Nottingham.
• Full Right to Work in the UK permanently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection on site and in the lab.
• Support soil and groundwater logging and interpretation of results.
• Coordinate laboratory activities and prepare interpretive reports.
• Contribute to office reporting and project lifecycle documentation.
