Graduate Geotechnical Engineer (Field Engineer)

Are you ready to kick‑start your geotechnical career in a role that takes you out of the office and straight into the field? We are seeking a motivated and hands‑on Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join our dynamic site investigation team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, problem‑solving, and travelling to a diverse range of project locations across the UK.

In this role, you will work primarily as a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer (Field Engineer), supporting ground investigation activities using a variety of specialist equipment and techniques. You will assist with site set‑up, data collection, rig operation support, in‑situ testing, and the preparation of factual reports. Full training will be provided, along with the chance to work alongside experienced engineers who will help you develop strong technical and practical skills from day one.

This position offers significant nationwide travel, often involving overnight stays, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, outdoor environment. You will play an important part in delivering high‑quality geotechnical data for infrastructure, construction, and environmental projects.
