Job summary

Harnham in Central London is seeking a Graduate Software Engineer (Full Stack) to help build and scale a digital insurance platform. You will contribute across the stack, collaborating with product, data, and commercial teams to deliver user-centered solutions.

The role targets candidates with 1–3 years of full-stack experience, fluency in Python and Angular, and a strong focus on code quality, testing, and teamwork. In-office four days a week with a development budget and senior mentoring.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Comfortable across frontend and backend (Python and Angular preferred).
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and a quality-focused mindset.
• Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
