A leading transport company in London is seeking a Graduate Engineer to join their team, where you will contribute to innovative solutions for the rail fleet's reliability and performance. You will engage with engineering teams, participate in a two-year development program with rotations across functions, and have opportunities to develop your skills in a collaborative environment. This role requires a minimum of a 2:1 BEng or MEng in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and key skills in communication and problem-solving.
Location: This role can be based at one of our many London sites based on mutual conversations between the successful candidate and Hiring Manager.

Join our team at one of our London depots to offer innovative solutions that contribute towards growing the safety, reliability, performance and maintainability of our Mainline rail fleets. You will be part of a team responsible for providing technical support for our fleets, engaging in detailed technical root cause investigations through to providing cutting‑edge innovations.
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering experience in an exciting modern project! You’ll initially report to an Engineering Manager, and work alongside dedicated and passionate engineering teams. There will also be opportunities to extend your network to activities on other projects and portfolios across the UK.
You will complete a two-year development programme whilst providing recognised contributions to the success of the services teams. During the programme, you have the opportunity to complete a series of rotations around other functions and projects in Alstom's portfolio, to gain a wider understanding of the business and services operation. We are most interested in you developing your knowledge during your time on the scheme, as well as growing your experience and leadership skills by working with a wide range of industry professionals.
